The location on Ashramam Road is very convenient for them to reach Manipal Hospital Vijayawada in just nearby. Grand has ensured the units are Vastu compliant which was the biggest requirement for my father. The size range of 1565 to 1712 square feet is quite generous for a senior couple. I appreciate the 24 by 7 security and CCTV surveillance as it gives me peace of mind sitting abroad. My parents moved in recently and they seem happy with the peaceful neighborhood. Choosing a home near N. St. Mathew's Public School was our priority and VBC Grand fit the bill perfectly. It is a relief that the school is so close by. The 3 BHK flat is quite airy, and the 1565 square feet layout uses the space efficiently. My children really like the building as it feels safe. We have been living here for a few months and the 24 by 7 water supply has been reliable. My only slight complaint is that parking can get a little crowded when guests come over, but that is expected in most apartments. The project is quite close to N. St. Mathew's Public School which is a big relief for our morning commute. Only minor concern is the dust level because of the nearby road work, but I suppose that is common in growing areas like Tadepalli. Overall, a good experience with Grand so far.
