Finding a safe place near my office was my top priority when I started looking for a home. Sivam Classic is located near the AH 45 highway which makes my daily commute much faster than staying inside the city. Sivam Buildehas planned this project with good safety measures like fire sprinkleand power backup, which is comforting for someone living alone. I did notice that the road connectivity through Mahanadu road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but that is common in growing areas. It is an under construction project and I am looking forward to moving in by March 2027. The site is close to the hospital and school areas, which makes daily life much easier and stress free for me.
