Checked out Rikira Riviera last month as I was looking for a new property in the Guntur area. Rikira Infra seems to have done a good job with the basic infrastructure like storm water drains and footpaths. Being near Manipal Hospital Vijayawada is a big plus for any family, keeping medical facilities just about 1.2 kilometeaway. The site is ready to move which eliminates the risk of project delays. My only issue is that the approach road gets very busy during peak houand the traffic near the main junction can be quite frustrating. Other than that, the value of the location is quite clear given the proximity to major arterial roads like Mahanadu road.

Decided to move to Rikira Riviera because I wanted a peaceful place post retirement. The project by Rikira Infra is located nicely near the main road. I am particularly impressed by the focus on basic infrastructure like rain water harvesting and internal roads which are laid out well. It is a ready to move property so we did not have to wait for possession. The neighborhood is quiet during the day which suits my lifestyle perfectly. My only concern is that the local shops are a bit far away if you do not have your own vehicle. Otherwise, the facility is quite neat and the security is active. A decent place to settle down if you prefer staying slightly away from the heavy city noise.

Finding a home near a good school was our main priority and this project is perfect because N. St. Matthew's Public School is quite close by. Rikira Riviera is a quiet community and we feel safe letting our children play in the common areas which are well connected by internal roads. The builder Rikira Infra has done a decent job with the drainage and sewage systems which are often overlooked. Since the project is ready to move, we could shift in without any hassle. We do feel the parking space is a bit restricted if guests arrive, but that is a minor trade off for such a convenient location. It is definitely a practical choice for families who want to stay connected to Vijayawada and Guntur easily.
