The built-up area is around 795 sq.ft, and the price of 23.51 Lakhs was within my initial budget. The location near Thikariya Mod Bus Stop, which is a short distance, makes commuting easy. I liked the idea of having a medical store and pharmacy within the complex. The street lighting and 24x7 security provide peace of mind. The only minor issue is that the room sizes feel a little compact, but for a fit home, it’s acceptable. I am looking forward to settling in.
