We are considering a 2 BHK flat, with the super builtup area around 595 sq.ft. The location in Sus Road-Pashan is decent, especially since Jupiter Hospital is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The project by Vasundhara Realtois under construction and is planned for completion by September 2028. They are providing essential services like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management. The main drawback we've noticed is the parking situation; it seems quite limited, and we own two ca, which might become an issue.
