    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Nimhan Onella 2. I found a 1 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 750 square feet, which felt quite spacious for a single peon. The budget was around 30.88 Lakh, which was manageable for me. The developer, Nimhan Associates, seems reliable. I liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it gives a nice green feel. The 24x7 water supply and security are also reassuring. The only thing I'm a little concerned about is that the OC received date is not available, which makes me a bit nervous about the legal aspects. Otherwise, the ready-to-move status is very appealing.
