The carpet area for my 3 BHK is 1050 square feet, which is spacious enough for me. Adiveer Globarise Llp has provided amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which are crucial for safety and comfort. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in June 2028. The only issue I foresee is the distance from Mahalunge Gaon Bus Stop, which is almost nearby, making public transport a bit inconvenient for daily commute if not driving.
