The location on Pune Satara Road is convenient for them to visit us when needed. Bharati Hospital is a short distance, which gives us peace of mind. The 2 BHK flats have a good carpet area of 777 Sq.ft, which should be spacious enough. We visited the site and it looked decent, construction quality seemed alright. The developer, Vastu Construction Pune, has a few projects in the area so we trust them. My only worry is that the traffic on Pune Satara Road can be quite heavy during peak hou, but hopefully, they will get used to it.
