We chose Harikrupa Chintamani Nivas because St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us. Our 2 BHK apartment is spacious enough for the kids and us. The total budget was around 45 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the amenities provided. They have good landscaping and tree planting, making the complex feel green. The gated community aspect gives us peace of mind. We received possession in June 2021, and the building seems well-maintained. The only downside is that sometimes traffic on the old Mumbai Pune highway can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but the school being so close makes it worth it.
