We needed a place with enough space for our two children and close to good schools. R K Gokuldham offe2 BHK flats with good carpet areas, around 500 square feet, which is quite practical. The price range of 28-33 Lakhs was manageable for us. Bharati Hospital is nearby, which is reassuring. The project has a dedicated kids' play area and a swimming pool, which the children are very excited about. The only slight downside is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can sometimes be noticeable. However, R K Associates has provided a ready home.
