    This is my fit apartment purchase, and I chose Vasavi Sai Anugraha. I got a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1116 square feet. The price was about 70 Lakh, which felt reasonable for a ready-to-move-in property in Bengaluru East. I liked the inclusion of a children's play area and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. Being close to Cloudnine Hospital is also reassuring. The main drawback is the traffic congestion around Ramamurthy Nagar, especially during peak hou, which is something I'll have to get used to. The multi-purpose hall is a nice communal space.
