I was looking for a reliable property and Foyer Apartments by Foyer Group seemed like a good option. The price point of 53.2 Lakh onwards for a 1330 Sq.ft 2 BHK is competitive. I liked the fact that it is ready to move in, saving us the hassle of waiting for construction. The amenities like the Club House and Swimming Pool are attractive. The location is also quite accessible being on TC Palya Main Road. While the OC received status is not available, the project appeawell-constructed. Overall, it seems like a sound investment for a family home.

My only concern is that the traffic on TC Palya Main Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which might affect my commute.
