After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place with good connectivity. Ittina Raje in Ramamurthy Nagar fits the bill quite well. Being close to both New Baldwin International School and Rainbow Hospitals means essential services are within easy reach, which is very important at my age. The power backup is a critical amenity given the power cuts we sometimes face. I appreciated that the project is ready to move in, allowing me to settle quickly. Ittina Properties has a track record I checked. The main drawback is the traffic congestion in Ramamurthy Nagar during peak hou, making journeys longer than expected. Still, the convenience of nearby facilities outweighs this for now.

My partner and I were looking for a ready-to-move flat in a developing area. Ittina Raje in Ramamurthy Nagar seemed like a good option. The proximity to New Baldwin International School and Rainbow Hospitals is fantastic, saving us travel time. We also noticed the Kasturi Nagar Bus Stop is very close, which is handy for public transport. Power backup is included, which is a must-have for us working from home sometimes. The construction quality seems decent, typical of Ittina Properties. However, the dust and noise from ongoing development in the surrounding areas can be a bit much at times. We are hoping this settles down once construction finishes nearby. The location is the main selling point.

As a chartered accountant, I look for value and transparency. Ittina Raje offedecent living spaces in a well-connected part of Bengaluru. Ramamurthy Nagar is developing nicely, and the proximity to Kasturi Nagar Bus Stop is a definite plus for commuting. The availability of power backup is a standard requirement for me, and it's good to see it included. I visited the site and the construction quality appeato be up to par with what Ittina Properties has delivered before. My only slight concern is the potential for noise from the main road, especially during peak houHowever, the internal build quality seems to mitigate some of that.

We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade. Ittina Raje caught our eye because of its location in Ramamurthy Nagar. Having New Baldwin International School so close is perfect for our kids, and Rainbow Hospitals being just a stone's throw away offegreat reassurance. The flat itself is ready to move in, which was a major factor for us. We liked the overall layout and the fact that there is power backup included, meaning no more disruptions during exams. Ittina Properties seems to have a good reputation. One minor issue is the parking space; it feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, we are quite happy with this move.
