We were looking for a ready to move property in Bangalore and found Vardhini Shanthiniketan. The location in Arakere, Shantiniketan Layout is quite accessible. It is close to Narayana e-Techno School which is convenient for our kids. The developer, Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper, seems to have a good reputation. We are considering this for our family home. The proximity to Jayadeva Metro Station is also a big plus for commuting around the city. While we haven't seen the exact configurations yet, the overall feel of the project is promising. We need to visit again to check the available sizes and decide.
