The children's play area is great for future family planning. Being close to Narayana e-Techno School at nearby is also a plus. The price for our 2 BHK was about 55 Lakhs. We liked that it is ready to move in, so we could settle quickly. The landscaped gardens give a nice green feel to the complex.
