Being ready to move was a big advantage, and the presence of a gymnasium and swimming pool means I can stay active. The project was completed by Suraksha Properties back in 2010. While the overall environment is pleasant, the lack of readily available information about OC received is a minor concern, and I hope the maintenance charges will be reasonable in the long run. The proximity to Narayana Nethralaya is a definite plus.
