The 1577.77 Sq.ft 3 BHK is spacious enough for my needs. I really like the proximity to the Nellore By Pass Bus Stop as it makes commuting easy. The area feels quiet and peaceful which is exactly what I wanted. I did notice that the surrounding area is still developing, so expect some construction noise for a while longer. Other than that, everything seems to be in order. I am keeping a close watch on the January 2027 deadline and I am optimistic that the developer will meet it without any delays.
