Esr Constructions And Developehave done a good job with the basic infrastructure like the CCTV surveillance and the lift facility. I bought the 3 BHK unit which has 95 Sq.ft carpet area, and it fits my family well. Being near the Nellore By Pass Bus Stop is a huge plus for my daily commute. The rain water harvesting feature is also a nice touch for the building. My only concern is that the price point felt slightly high for the area, but the quality of the building and the security arrangements make up for it. It is a practical choice for anyone working in the city.

The location is excellent since Apollo Specialty Hospitals is just close to the property, which is perfect for my night shifts. I looked at the 3 BHK unit which offe95 Sq.ft of carpet area. The building is ready to move, and Esr Constructions And Developeseem to have maintained the common lift area well. There is 24x7 CCTV surveillance installed, so I feel quite safe living here alone. The only small issue I noticed is that the surrounding area is still developing, so the roads leading up to the main gate can get a bit dusty during the day. Otherwise, it is a very convenient place to stay.
