I specifically looked for the 2 BHK option and the 698 square feet unit fits my retirement plans perfectly. The complex has 24X7 water supply and a dedicated generator, which are basic requirements that are well met here. The site is close to Apollo specialty Hospitals, which is comforting. I do find that the road leading up to the main gate can get a bit dusty due to ongoing infrastructure work in the neighborhood. Apart from that, the apartment is well ventilated and the floor plan is sensible for a small family.

I checked the site multiple times and the electrical meter room and common utilities are installed properly by Anjani Constructions. It is a ready to move project, so I did not have to worry about construction delays. Access to the Nellore By Pass Bus Stop is just 1.5 kilometeaway, which adds convenience. My only concern is that the parking area feels a bit tight during peak houwhen everyone is home. Otherwise, the technical aspects of the building seem solid and professional.
