The price point was on the higher side, between 74.14 Lakh to 99.89 Lakh, but given the ready-to-move status and the amenities like the gymnasium and terrace garden, we felt it was justified. The developer, B S Manasa Mohan, seems to have focused on quality construction. We were able to get possession in September 2022, which was prompt. The proximity to Vasavi Hospital is also a significant advantage for us.
