The 2 BHK we saw had a built-up area of around 1067 square feet, which is quite spacious for us. My partner liked the idea of the cycling track and the landscaped gardens for evening walks. The location in Uttarahalli Hobli is decent, close to Gubbalala road and not too far from Mysore Road. The price range of 38.16 L to 51.55 L was within our budget too. The only small issue is that the traffic on Gubbalala road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore. Overall, it feels like a good investment for our fit home.
