Nandi Vinyas seemed like a good option in Uttarahalli Hobli. I finalized a 2 BHK flat, about 1250 square feet, which offegood built-up space. The price point of around 45 Lakh felt reasonable. It's good that the project is ready to move, saving us the hassle of waiting for construction. I appreciate the inclusion of landscaping and tree planting, making the environment pleasant. The 24x7 security is also a big plus. My only small concern is that the OC is not available, which might be an issue later.
