We liked the 2057 Sq.ft plot size, it gives us enough space to build a nice home later. The location is fantastic for us because St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School is a short distance, which is great for future planning, even though we don't have kids yet. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential for us, and they are provided. The ready to move status was a big plus. One small concern is the dust from the highway, but we think once construction starts around us, it might settle down. It's a good investment for us.
