    We finally bought our own place at Vande Rudra Anandam. As teache, we needed a decent home that was affordable. We got a 1 BHK which is 741 square feet, perfect for us and within our budget, costing about 23 Lakhs. The Vande Group project is located in Mansarovar Extension, close to the Mansarovar Metro Station, making it easy to travel to our schools. It was built in 2012 and was ready to move. We are happy with the space provided for the price. The only small issue is that the surrounding area can get dusty sometimes due to ongoing development nearby. But overall, it's a good start for us.
