Relocating to Bangalore for work at Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, which is just 0 kilometeaway, so the location is perfect. I picked up a 3 BHK here at Vajram Lotus, around 1300 square feet built-up. The price was around 26 Lakh. It's ready to move in, which saved a lot of hassle. Having security guards is reassuring. The main issue is the traffic on Hosur Road during peak hou; it can get quite bad. Also, the metro is about 3 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a distance if I need to use it regularly. The apartment itself is spacious enough for my family. It is a good option given the proximity to my hospital.

Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta is very close, only 0 kilometeaway, which is a significant advantage. The apartment is quite spacious. However, the building is quite old, completed in December 2005, so the fittings and overall finish feel a bit dated. I also noticed some dust and noise from the nearby main roads. I hope the maintenance is up to par for an older building.

It is ready to move which was a huge plus. Location in Bommanahalli is decent, close to NH 44 and Hosur Road, making commutes easier. ORCHIDS school is right next door, which is very convenient. The only thing is the construction feels a bit old, completed way back in 2005. Also, I am a bit worried about the power backup, hope it works well when needed. Overall, it seems like a good start for me.

I purchased a 2 BHK at Vajram Lotus in Bommanahalli. The built-up area is 800 square feet, and the price was approximately 16 Lakh. Being ready to move was a major factor for us. The proximity to NH 44 and Hosur Road is useful for daily travel. ORCHIDS school is also very close, which is great for my children. Power backup is available, which is essential. However, the building was completed in 2005, so it does feel a bit dated compared to newer constructions. We are waiting to see if they get the OC received status sorted out. It is a decent property for the price paid.
