This is my fit property purchase and I picked a 1 BHK in Vaibhav Ratan Vihar. The carpet area is 362 square feet and it felt just right for a single peon like me. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which was within my budget. I liked that the project has a fire fighting system and landscaping. It is ready to move in, which is great. The only thing is that the construction is still ongoing for some parts, so there is some dust around the site. But it is manageable. I am looking forward to settling in.
