WH Constructions delivered a ready-to-move home in Bavdhan. The carpet area is about 822 square feet, which is comfortable for me and my husband. The location is decent, with easy access to Pashan Road. I appreciate the 24/7 water supply, which is crucial. However, the traffic on Pashan Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes longer than expected. Also, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas is a bit botheome at times. Otherwise, it's a solid property.
