  I recently moved into my 2 BHK flat at WH Anandvan. As a government employee, I was looking for a reliable builder and a property that offered good value. WH Constructions delivered a ready-to-move home in Bavdhan. The carpet area is about 822 square feet, which is comfortable for me and my husband. The location is decent, with easy access to Pashan Road. I appreciate the 24/7 water supply, which is crucial. However, the traffic on Pashan Road during peak houcan be quite heavy, making commutes longer than expected. Also, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas is a bit botheome at times. Otherwise, it's a solid property.

  My partner and I bought a 2 BHK in WH Anandvan. The carpet area is around 823 square feet, which is perfectly sized for us. We liked that it was ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after getting our loan approved. The location in Shinde Nagar, Bavdhan, is developing nicely. We appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the parking facilities provided by WH Constructions. The nearest metro station, Ideal Colony, is about 6.3 kilometeaway, which is a bit of a trek, but manageable.   We chose WH Anandvan for our family home because of its proximity to schools. New India School is right in Bhusari Colony, which is extremely convenient for our kids. We got a 3 BHK with a carpet area of 958 square feet, offering plenty of space. The ready-to-move nature of the project was a huge plus, as we didn't want to deal with construction delays. WH Constructions has provided essential amenities like lifts and ample water supply. The only drawback we've noticed is the noise from the nearby roads, especially during busy houAlso, the storm water drains are good, but ensuring they are cleared regularly will be important for the monsoon. It’s a good community, though.
