The developer, Veer Buildcon, has provided basic but important amenities such as 24/7 water supply and electrical meter rooms. Being close to Chellaram Hospital, which is nearby, offepeace of mind. My only minor worry is the traffic noise from the nearby main road during peak houOtherwise, the construction quality seems solid.
