    I am purchasing a flat in V T Adaskar Shantai Heights for my parents who live in Pune. They wanted something in Pimpri, Kharalwadi that was close to hospitals, and Lokmanya Hospital Chinchwad is right there at nearby. The PCMC Metro Station is also nearby at nearby, which is convenient for them. I chose a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 592 Sq.ft, priced at 39.96 Lakh onwards. The project by V T Adaskar And Company was completed in March 2015 and is ready to move. My parents are happy with the 24X7 water supply. The only slight issue is that the area can get quite congested during peak traffic houdue to its proximity to the highway. Despite that, it's a good choice given the location and essential services nearby.

The amenities like 24X7 water supply and fire fighting system are important. However, the parking situation could be better. They have open and closed parking, but it feels a bit cramped, especially during peak houIt's not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.
