The project's readiness to move in was crucial as I am based abroad. The location in Pimpri is accessible, and it's good to know they are close to basic amenities and the highway for occasional travel. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. My parents have moved in and seem happy with the facilities and the quietness of the residential area.

I recently purchased a 1 BHK flat at Sharayu Nilay. It's a compact space, around 376 square feet carpet area, which is perfect for me as I live alone and travel a lot for work. The location in Ganesh Nagar, Pimpri is quite accessible. It's also reassuring that the building has fire protection and fire safety requirements in place. The storm water drains are also well-managed, which is important during monsoon. I haven't faced any major issues since moving in. Maintenance seems adequate for now.

The project is ready to move, which was a priority for me. Being close to Surya Mother And Child Super Speciality Hospital is a comfort, even though I hope to never need it. The electrical meter room is a standard feature. The construction by Sharayu Developelooks solid. I am still exploring the area and settling in, but so far, it feels like a sensible choice for a fit-time buyer.

We moved into Sharayu Nilay about six months ago. The biggest draw for us was the proximity to Jai Hind High School and Junior College, which is literally nearby. That saves so much hassle with the kids. We got a 3 BHK which has ample space, around 515 square feet carpet area, and it feels comfortable for our family of four. The closed car parking is also a definite plus. The area around Pimpri is developing nicely, and we feel it was a good decision for our children's education and our daily commute. The landscaping is pleasant too.
