We were looking for a family home in Pimpri, and Samruddhi Suyog stood out because of its location. Podar International School is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for us as parents. We are looking at a 3 BHK, and the carpet areas range from 601 Sq.ft upwards, which should be spacious enough for our growing kids. The project by Samruddhee Constructions also emphasizes Water Conservation and Rain water Harvesting, which is good. The PCMC Metro Station being nearby is a bonus. The only drawback is that the main road access to Kharalwadi Rd involves a slightly narrow stretch, which can be tricky with heavy traffic.
