We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found V S Hari Sesha Advaita. The 2 BHK flats are quite spacious, built up area is 1260 sq.ft which gives us plenty of room. It is ready to move which was a huge plus, we didn't want to wait for construction. Location in Secunderabad, Kowkoor is decent, close enough to schools like Pallavi Model School which is a short distance. Power backup is included which is reassuring. The only slight concern is the car parking, it feels a bit tight, especially if guests visit. But overall, the space and immediate availability made us decide.

Finally bought my fit flat! This V S Hari Sesha Advaita project in Kowkoor, Secunderabad seemed like a good option. It's ready to move, which means I can settle in soon. I liked that they have 24/7 water supply and also mentioned water conservation and rain water harvesting, which is important to me. The 1260 sq.ft built up area for the 2 BHK is more than enough for one peon. It’s good to know Nirmala Dental Hospital is also a short distance. My main worry is that the traffic on Yapral Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but I think I can manage that. The zero brokerage is also a relief.
