The space seemed adequate for a family. Being ready to move is a plus, although the completion date is December 2024, which is a bit confusing. The price starting at 1.14 Crore seems competitive for this area. However, I did notice some traffic congestion on the main road leading to the project, which might be a concern for daily commutes.
