It's located in East Hyderabad, Secunderabad, which is a developing area. The price is around 77.18 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the space provided. Urvee Constructions has finished the project, and it's ready to move in, which suited us perfectly. The open parking is adequate for our single car. While the project has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply, I wish there were more green spaces within the complex. Still, the quality of construction seems good.
