We are quite excited about our new 3 BHK at Urbando Kosmos Orbiz. The proximity to OMR (just 2 KM) is fantastic for our commutes. The project by Urbando Housing Pvt Ltd offegood amenities like a Badminton Court and a Multipurpose Hall. We looked at the 1023 to 1380 Sq.ft built-up area, and it seems like enough space for us to grow. The security features like 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Access Control Entry are reassuring. The only downside is that the area can get a bit dusty with all the ongoing construction nearby, and it's still under construction until December 2029. But overall, we are happy with the choice.

It's located in Siruseri, Pudupakkam, which is a developing area. NH 45 is nearby, and Tambaram Railway Station is nearby. The project is under construction, with completion set for December 2029. I am a bit worried about the parking situation though, as it wasn't very clear during the site visit.

The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 1023 and 1380 Sq.ft, which feels adequate. My main concern is the price; it's on the higher side, at 66.24 L to 1.03 Cr. The construction is ongoing, finishing in December 2029. It's a big investment for me.

The entrance lobby size also seemed a bit smaller than I expected for this price range.
