The price was around 1 Crore, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. It’s ready to move in, which is convenient. Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper is the builder, and the project completion was December 2009. The location in Siruseri, Chennai South, is decent. I did notice some dust on the balcony, likely from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that settles down. Overall a good start for me.
