I purchased a 1 BHK flat in L&T Eden Park Almond. It's 580 square feet, which is a comfortable size for me now. Being ready to move was a big advantage. The proximity to OMR Road and Sipcot IT Park made it convenient. I chose this project because Pragnya has a good reputation. The price was around 38 Lakh, which seemed reasonable for the area. The 24x7 water supply and security are essential for someone living alone. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down. The clubhouse is a nice place to relax.

We finally bought our own place in L&T Eden Park Almond after yeaof renting. The 2 BHK flat is about 1100 square feet, which feels much bigger than our current rental. It’s ready to move in, so we can shift soon. The location near Sipcot IT Park is perfect for my husband’s work. We looked at a few projects on OMR Road, but this one felt right. The price was a bit high, around 80 Lakh for our flat, but the EMI is manageable. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great additions. My only concern is the traffic on OMR can get really bad during peak hou, but we'll get used to it. The developer Pragnya seems reliable.
