We chose Urban Prime because of its location and amenities for the kids. Evolution International School is right at nearby, which means no more stressful school runs. The Children's Play Area is well-maintained, and my son loves it there. We are looking at a 4 BHK flat, around 2000 square feet, so there's plenty of space for everyone. The price point of around 1 Crore seems justified for the convenience and size. Having CK Birla Hospitals nearby is also a major relief for any emergency. The project is ready to move, so we can settle in quickly. The Serene Rooftop Garden is a nice place for evening walks.
