My wife and I visited Urban Meadows last weekend and we liked the floor plans quite a bit. We are looking at the 3 BHK units, and the carpet area going up to 1365 square feet feels very spacious for our needs. Since we both work in IT, the proximity to the Vijayawada Airport is a big advantage for our travel. Urban developeseems to have a solid plan for infrastructure including storm water drains and proper sewage treatment. The only minor issue is that the construction site is quite dusty right now, but that is expected with any under construction project. We are hoping the common areas turn out as good as they sound in the brochures. Looking forward to the completion in July 2029.

It is a large project, so I am closely monitoring the progress to see if they stick to the July 2029 timeline. I wish they provided more clarity on the pricing early on, as the lack of a fixed budget sheet makes it a bit hard to compare with other options in Krishna. The construction is moving along well, but the approach road traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houOtherwise, it looks like a very safe and practical choice for senior citizens to live comfortably.

Finalized a 2 BHK apartment at Urban Meadows after comparing a few projects in the Kanuru area. The builder, Urban develope, appeato be focusing on essentials like sewage treatment and solar energy which is good for maintenance costs. I work in the government sector and the distance to the Vijayawada Junction Railway Station is quite manageable from here. The layout is simple and efficient. My only real concern is the size of the bedrooms in the smaller 2 BHK units, which felt a little bit compact during my site visit. It is an under construction property, so I am holding my breath until July 2029. Hopefully, the final finish meets the expectations set during the initial booking stage.

We have been living in rentals for yeaand finally booked our own flat at Urban Meadows. As teache, we prioritize location and this project is near the primary school by Chigurupati Sri Krishnaveni which makes it perfect for our daily routine. The 3 BHK unit we selected has a great flow, and we love that Urban developeis paying attention to internal roads and storm water drains within the society. It is an under construction project, but seeing the layout has given us confidence. The price was reasonable for the area, though we did find that the parking spaces are quite close to each other. Overall, it feels like a nice place to raise our children and settle down once it is fully ready in July 2029.
