As IT professionals who occasionally travel, this location works well for us. The 3 BHK duplex villa by Thiru J Pari is spacious and fits our lifestyle perfectly. We particularly enjoy the home theatre room on weekends for movies. The area is close to Amigos, which is a nice place to hang out. Since the project is ready to move, we did not have to deal with any project delays. The only thing I would point out is that the parking space is quite snug if you own a larger SUV, but manageable. Overall, it is a great villa project.
