I liked that the project offeone covered parking for each unit because finding space for the car is always a headache. My parents will appreciate the access to Capital Hospitals whenever they need it. The carpet area of 839.48 Sq.ft is sufficient for two people, and the flat has a functional 2 BHK layout. The builder, Shobhan Chowdary Valluru, ensured the building is ready to occupy immediately. Only thing is that the approach road gets a bit dusty during peak hou, but that is common in growing parts of Andhra Pradesh. Overall, it is a very practical purchase for my family.
