Location is good, close to Apollo Spectra Hospitals, which is convenient. I also appreciate the focus on water conservation and rain water harvesting systems. The construction seems solid, and it is ready to move in. My main concern is the lack of information on completion dates and OC received, which makes financial planning a bit tricky. However, the energy management systems are a nice touch. The proximity to the Swami Samarth Matha Jawal Bus Stop is also a plus for commuting.
