This is my fit flat purchase, and Uniworth Serenity felt right. I liked that it's ready to move in. The location in Kengeri, right next to the metro station (a short distance), is super convenient for daily commuting. I looked at the 2 BHK flats, which are 1092 to 1287 square feet. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch for future family plans. The price for my chosen 2 BHK was around 55 Lakh. Uniworth Finvest is the developer. The main thing that worried me a little was the traffic noise from the Nice Ring Road, which is quite close. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to get used to. Overall, it feels like a good start.

We recently moved into our 2.5 BHK at Uniworth Serenity. The built-up area is exactly 1287 square feet, which is a perfect size for us. Being IT professionals, the proximity to the Bengaluru-Mysore expressway and Nice Ring Road is fantastic for our commutes. It only takes us a short distance walk to the Kengeri Metro Station. The apartment has Vastu compliance, which was important to my partner. The price for our flat was 60 Lakh. The Swimming Pool and the Gymnasium are great amenities for unwinding after work. One small issue is that the parking space seems a bit limited, especially during peak houwhen many residents are returning home. Otherwise, we are happy here.

I checked out a 3 BHK unit, which had a built-up area of 1469 to 1607 square feet; it felt roomy enough for my needs. The amenities like the Swimming Pool and Landscaping & Tree Planting add to the serene environment they promise. The price range for flats is between 46.96 Lakh and 69.1 Lakh. While it's ready to move, the lack of readily available OC documents is a slight concern for me. The construction was completed in 2016, so it's an established property.

I'm buying this property in Uniworth Serenity for my parents who live in Bengaluru. The location in Kengeri is important because it's close to Gleneagles BGS Hospital, which they can reach in about 8 minutes. It's also very near the Kengeri Metro Station, making it easy for them to travel. The project has good amenities like a Gymnasium and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance, which gives me peace of mind knowing they are secure. I selected a 1469 square feet 3 BHK for them. The price was about 65 Lakh. The only downside is the dust from the nearby construction sites. The project was completed in 2016, so it's not brand new but seems well-maintained.

We chose Uniworth Serenity because it’s very close to Vishwa Venkateshwara International School, just a 6-minute drive away. This was a major factor for us with two young children. We bought a 3 BHK which is 1607 square feet, giving us plenty of space. The project is ready to move and located in Kengeri, near the metro station. The built-up areas range from 1092 Sq.ft for 2 BHKs up to 1607 Sq.ft for 3 BHKs. The price for our 3 BHK was 69.1 Lakh. The project has a Children's Play Area and adequate landscaping. My only concern is the water pressure on the higher floo, which sometimes drops during peak usage times. Otherwise, the Fire Sprinkleand 24x7 CCTV offer good safety.
