I love the gymnasium and the cycling and jogging tracks; it helps me stay active after work. The location near Nagarbhavi Ring Road is decent, although sometimes the traffic can be a bit heavy. The price was in my budget, around 51.45 Lakh. The video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance give me a good sense of safety. I haven't used the swimming pool much yet, but it looks inviting. The construction quality seems good, and I've had no major issues so far. It's a comfortable place to live.
