    My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our rental place and decided on Naksha Hyde Park. We chose a 2 BHK flat, around 1100 Sq.ft, costing about 65 Lakhs. The Kengeri area is developing well, and it's close to the Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station (2.5 KM), which helps with commuting. The apartment has good ventilation, and the Multipurpose Room is useful for our hobbies. The fire fighting system and 24x7 security are important safety features. A minor drawback is the dust from nearby construction, which is noticeable sometimes. The landscaping is nice though, and the swimming pool is a good place to relax after a long day at work. Overall, it’s a good upgrade for us.
