  We finally bought our fit home here at Unitech UGCC Amber. The 3 BHK flat is about 2120 square feet, which feels really spacious for us. The location on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is convenient for my commute to work. We liked that the project is ready to move, so we could see exactly what we were getting. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a nice bonus for the price point, which was around 2.41 Cr. We are still figuring out the parking situation, as it seems a little tight if we have visitowith caOverall, we are happy with our decision.

  We chose Unitech UGCC Amber because of its proximity to Lotus Valley International school, which is practically nearby. Our children can walk to school safely. We bought a 4 BHK flat of 3799 square feet, providing enough space for our growing family. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and the swimming pool is great for weekend fun. The price range is between 3.5 Cr and 4.1 Cr, which felt reasonable for the space and location. The power backup is also a good feature to have, especially during monsoon season. The construction quality appeasolid.

The project is ready to move, which was important for us. The amenities like the multipurpose room and the club house are great for family gatherings. The price point is a bit high, starting from 2.41 Cr up to 4.1 Cr, but we felt the space and location were worth the investment. We are still exploring the area, but the Sector Road access seems decent. The builder, Unitech Group, has a reputation we looked into.

The location on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is excellent for business travel and connectivity. The price is between 3.5 Cr and 4.1 Cr, which is substantial but justifiable for the area and size. The project offea gymnasium and a club house, ideal for networking and maintaining fitness. The only downside I've noticed is the parking can be a bit challenging, especially during weekends when the clubhouse is busy.

The flat is 2120 square feet, which is a comfortable size for me. I like that the Golf Coue Metro Station is nearby, making it accessible for travel across the city. The price was around 2.5 Crores. The swimming pool and landscaping are beautiful, creating a peaceful environment. My only minor worry is the dust from the nearby construction, but hopefully, that will settle down.

  Relocating to Noida for work at Kailash Hospital, which is nearby, made Unitech UGCC Amber a perfect choice. I purchased a 4 BHK flat measuring 3272 square feet. The proximity to the hospital is a massive relief. The project itself has good landscaping and tree planting, giving it a green feel. The security is 24x7, which is important for me as I often work late shifts. The price was within my budget, around 3 Cr. The only slight issue is the noise from the expressway sometimes, but I think I will get used to it. The jogging track is a nice facility to have.

  I bought a 3 BHK unit here in Unitech UGCC Amber as an investment property. The area around Sector 96 in Noida is developing well, and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway location offegood connectivity. The flat size is around 2810 square feet, which is a decent size for rentals. The project was completed back in June 2009, so it’s an established property. Rental demand in this area is generally good. My main concern is the lack of a clear completion date or OC received which makes resale tricky. However, the price of 2.6 Crores was attractive.

We are slightly concerned about the traffic on the expressway during peak hou, but that's common in Noida. The apartment is ready to move in, which is a plus.
