We bought a 3 BHK here for our growing family. It's 1371 Sq.ft and quite roomy. Having a children's play area is fantastic for the kids, and the terrace garden is a nice touch for us. Mangalam Vidya Niketan is nearby, which was a major factor for us. The apartment is ready to move, which was great as we needed to shift quickly. Kolkata Unique Abasan Pvt. Ltd. Has provided a gymnasium and 24x7 security, which gives us peace of mind. The price for the 3 BHK was around 55.86 Lakh. The only issue we've noticed is a bit of dust from the ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that should settle down.

We decided to buy a flat in Unique Infinite for my parents. The location in Rajarhat, Bablatala seemed good, close to the city but still peaceful. They received the 2 BHK apartment which is 772 Sq.ft. It's spacious enough for them. The developer Kolkata Unique Abasan Pvt. Ltd. Mentioned it has a pollution-free environment which is important for older people. We also liked that there is a temple within the complex. The price was within our budget for them. Just hoping the maintenance charges are not too high later. The area has seen some development recently. It's ready to move in which was a big plus so they could shift immediately.
