The prices then were quite competitive, starting from 28.37 Lakhs. The area has good connectivity, being close to NH 12. I acquired a 2 BHK unit and the built-up area of 930 Sq.ft is standard. Overall, a strategic purchase.

We got a 3 BHK which is quite spacious, between 1198 Sq.ft and 1375 Sq.ft. The price was a bit high, around 35 Lakhs, but we liked the rooftop club amenity. It’s a gated community, which gives us a sense of security. The metro station is also close by, nearby, which is great for commuting. The only small issue is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, but that's common in developing areas. We are happy with our decision.
