My husband and I are upgrading from our rented place and chose Anandi Park 2. The location in Naipukur, Kolkata, offea good balance between city access and a relatively quieter environment. We are particularly happy that the Sub-CBD2 Metro Station is only about 4.4 kilometeaway, which will make commuting to work much easier once it's operational. The developer, Rechi Construction (P) Ltd., has provided regular updates on construction progress. Our main concern is the initial cost, which was slightly higher than we initially planned, but we are hoping the long-term benefits of owning a home in this developing area will justify the expense. The apartment size seems reasonable for a couple.

We found the parking situation a bit tight during our visit, which could be an issue if we have guests over.
