I opted for a 3 BHK villa with a plot area of 1000 Sq.ft. It's a ready-to-move property, completed in January 2020, which saved me a lot of hassle. The gated community provides a secure environment. While the infrastructure is good, I did notice some dust on the internal roads which might be due to ongoing development nearby. The availability of a gymnasium and library is also a plus for downtime.
